Manage Salesforce, SAP, and IT Staffing Practices and Sales and Recruiting organization consisting of Account Executives, Recruiters, Delivery Managers, Consultant Relationship Manager, internal administrative staff, and over 200 consultants deployed to IT projects throughout the United States and Canada. Executive manage and lead Salesforce engagements working closely with our clients, internal team members, and Salesforce Account Reps. Design, develop and implement companywide processes for nearly all functions of the company including recruiting, delivery, sales, marketing, and project management. Recruit and retain internal and external talent including building compensation plans, career growth plans, training plans, and annual performance reviews. Responsible for the mentoring and growth of mid-level managers into director roles by growing their prioritization, organization, training, and management skills. Lead RFP development process for staff augmentation and project business including the identification of SMEs, project team members, development of response, pricing, sales presentation, and delivery. Manage all staff augmentation and project resource needs including defining requirements, sourcing strategy, prioritization, pricing strategy, and onboarding process. Responsible for providing executive contact and sales with C-level Execs/Directors for strategic client relationships and projects including being actively involved in pre-sales calls, client presentations, project planning, pricing, resource identification and delivery, etc. Work with Sales Team to ensure follow up activities are executed to drive client decisions on resources.
