JPMorgan adds Tampa to communities where it’s plugging a workforce gap

A $50,000 investment by JPMorgan Chase & Co. in a Tampa Bay nonprofit could give local technology companies a stronger field of job candidates in the future. JPMorgan Chase (NYSE: JPM) is funding efforts by Tampa Bay Technology Forum to plug the local workforce skills gap, or a mismatch between growing employer needs for tech workers and the skills of job seekers.
